⏱️ Time Management: The clock only moves when you take specific actions. Organizing items in the room or in your bags takes 0 minutes, so take your time!
• Walk to next room: 1 min
• Take the Elevator: 5 mins
• Sneak into a room: 15 mins (1 min with Silent Sneakers)
• Bleach a Bathroom: 15 mins
• Study Maintenance: 1 hour (per skill level)
🛎️ Check-Ins: Guests arrive at scheduled times. You must be at the Front Desk to check them in. The longer they wait, the worse their rating!
🚪 Requests & Voicemail: Answer the phone at the desk, or check the Answering Machine for missed calls. (You won't see requests on your HUD until you listen to the message!) Bring requested items to the guest's door.
🧼 Turnovers & Laundry: Vacant rooms must be cleaned before 7 AM. Clear trash, bleach the bathroom, and restock sheets/towels. To get clean linens, run dirty laundry in the Supply Closet Washer (takes 1 Bleach and 15 mins).
🔧 Plumbing Emergencies: If a pipe bursts, fix it yourself (requires Plunger + Handiness) or call a Plumber. If you ignore a leak for 90 minutes, the room will be CONDEMNED and the stay is comped out of your budget!
🤫 Fencing & Lost/Found: Deposit found valuables at the Front Desk for +Reputation, or fence them in the Alley for cash. Fence enough, and a Black Market shop will open. Beware: Stealing from an active guest's room and claiming it in the Lost & Found might get you caught!
🛒 Crafting: Place multiple items into The Cart to combine them. (Example: Towel + Origami Guide = Towel Swan).
